  • Manage stress through practices like mindfulness, breathwork, or simply spending time in nature.
  • Avoid toxins where possible — opt for natural cleaning and beauty products, wash produce thoroughly, and reduce plastic use.
  • Consider supplementation — under medical guidance, nutrients like CoQ10, magnesium, and omega-3s can help boost mitochondrial resilience.

How we age is, to a great extent, within our control.
