becoming aware of the harmful effects of
objectification of women and there is a
trend towards being realistic and giving
women stronger roles with complex

appearances. Actresses are looking for
scripts that challenge stereotypes and
showcase their talent and versatility.
Slowly but surely there is a shift in the
thinking of Bollywood producers, paving
