Whole grains – While carbohydrates
         help provide energy to the body and
         Vitamin B keeps the body temperature in
         control. Whole grains such as oats, quinoa,
         brown rice, whole wheat, buckwheat and
         barley have selenium mineral present that
         strengthens immunity.








                                                            Papaya – Vitamin C and nutrients
                                                            powerhouse. It works as a shield to prevent
                                                            your body from infections. The enzymes in
                                                            papaya breaks the food down functioning as
                                                            the perfect aid to the intestinal tissues and
                                                            gut health.










         Walnuts – These nuts are really good for
         your immune system. Packed with Vitamin
         E and fatty acids it fights bacteria and is
         keeps flu at bay. It is high in antioxidants and
         improves brain function.












                                                            Honey – A spoonful full of honey with
                                                            warm water is the way to go. Honey has
                                                            antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and
                                                            antioxidant properties which strengthen the
                                                            immune system as well has gut health.
