Seniors Kitchen – 10-Min Recipe – Instant Bread Dhokla

Bread Dhokla ingredients are easily available at home and ready in five minutes. This recipe can double up as a tasty and delicious healthy breakfast or evening snack.



4 paav

1 Large Bowl of curd

Finely Chopped Green Chilies

Curry Leaves


Turmeric Powder

Mustard Seeds


Salt to Taste

Red Chilly Powder



  • Cut the paav in equal square shapes
  • Then in the curd bowl add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, Asafoetida, and Salt
  • In a pan heat two table spoon oil, once heated add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, 1 tea spoon Asafoetida, 1 tea spoon red chilly Powder
  • Then soak the paav in curd mixture and add them to pan
  • Cook it for three minutes and the bread dhokla is ready
