4 paav
1 Large Bowl of curd
Finely Chopped Green Chilies
Curry Leaves
Lemon
Turmeric Powder
Mustard Seeds
Asafoetida
Salt to Taste
Red Chilly Powder
Method
- Cut the paav in equal square shapes
- Then in the curd bowl add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, Asafoetida, and Salt
- In a pan heat two table spoon oil, once heated add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, 1 tea spoon Asafoetida, 1 tea spoon red chilly Powder
- Then soak the paav in curd mixture and add them to pan
- Cook it for three minutes and the bread dhokla is ready
