Indulgent double chocolate cookies invite you to have some weekend fun!
Ingredients
Half Cup melted butter and cool it in fridge
1 cup flour
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup coco powder
¼ cup caster sugar
2 Eggs with yolk
Half Cup chocolate chips
1 tea spoon baking soda
1 Table spoon corn flour
1 Cup maida
Vanilla Extract
Method
- Whisk melted chilled butter with whisk or hand blender till it’s creamy
- Then add brown sugar and caster sugar to blended butter cream and mix it will with blender
- The mixture should be light and fluffy
- After that add eggs and yolk with 1 tea spoon of Vanilla Extract
- In Separate bowl take maida, coco powder, corn flour, & baking soda. Mix it well.
- Add dry ingredients in the fluffy mixture, Make sure that you mix it properly, so it should be uniform
- Place this dough in fridge for an hour. The consistency of the mixture should be such as we can make small balls to bake.
