Ingredients
 25 dried Kashmiri red chillies
 250 grams jiggery
 25 grams tamarindÂ
12 cloves garlic (peeled)Â
2 teaspoons whole cuminÂ
1 cup drinking waterÂ
Salt to tasteÂ
Method
- Soak the red chillies overnight in water.
- The next morning, grind the soaked chillies in a food mixer till they are coarse.Â
- Chop the jaggery fine and add it to the chillies. Then add the tamarind, garlic, cumin and salt.Â
- Add the water and blend to a fine paste.Â
- Serve with snacks.
