Raee, Oil – GarlicÂ
Methi DanaÂ
Akha DhaniaÂ
Kashmiri MirchiÂ
JeeraÂ
Chopped OnionÂ
Black PepperÂ
HaldiÂ
SaltÂ
Soaked Imli
Curry LeavesÂ
For Masala paste
Grated Coconut, Onion, Black Pepper, Jeera, Kashmiri Mirch, and Akkha Dhania – grind them together to make a pasteÂ
MethodÂ
Roughly mash some pieces of garlic, in a Pan Add one cup oil.
Once the oil is heated, add in mustard seeds.Â
Now add in Dana methy and the crushed garlic.Â
Give it a nice stir.Â
Add the masala and mix it wellÂ
Add pinch of Haldi, Salt to taste, and cook well.Â
Gradually start adding water by mixing the gravy continuouslyÂ
Add curry leaves and soaked Imli – Let the gravy boil and then add fish to itÂ
Serve hot with riceÂ
