Ingredients
Fish (We have used Pomfret, you can use any)
Raee, Oil – Garlic
Methi Dana
Akha Dhania
Kashmiri Mirchi
Jeera
Chopped Onion
Black Pepper
Haldi
Salt
Soaked Imli
Curry Leaves
For Masala paste
Grated Coconut, Onion, Black Pepper, Jeera, Kashmiri Mirch, and Akkha Dhania – grind them together to make a paste
Method
Roughly mash some pieces of garlic, in a Pan Add one cup oil.
Once the oil is heated, add in mustard seeds.
Now add in Dana methy and the crushed garlic.
Give it a nice stir.
Add the masala and mix it well
Add pinch of Haldi, Salt to taste, and cook well.
Gradually start adding water by mixing the gravy continuously
Add curry leaves and soaked Imli – Let the gravy boil and then add fish to it
Serve hot with rice
